Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am thrilled to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and wonderful group of bloggers for my third year as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too!
If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and or simply to be inspired each week, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed the last party you can find it here.) To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:
On Valentine’s Day I shared 10 Lovely Valentine’s Day Ideas from the Valentine’s Day Link Party last weekend. Remember to pin away all the amazing inspiration for next year!
On Sunday I shared some musings on defining my personal style and what I love about Traditional and Cottage Style Decor.
For my weekly Pin Away Wednesdays post I shared some highlights from my Decorative Accessories and Interior Styling Pinterest board. I can’t wait to start hunting for some fun treasures and “new” decor accents this spring for an easy home decor refresh.
How are your 2020 New Year’s resolutions coming along? I have been looking into ways to lower our monthly bills in order to stay on budget for our summer kitchen makeover. I am considering checking into prepaid electricity which will help us stay on budget, and also considering making simple changes around our home to reduce energy costs. For example, LED bulbs are long-lasting and they are far more energy-efficient when compared to the bulbs you probably have right now.
Now it’s time for some calm, cozy and creative home ideas from last week’s party!

Merci beaucoup for sharing my prayer, Amber! So grateful to have that featured alongside such wonderful creatives. I’m sharing at #173, 174, and 175 today, and sending rainbows and blue skies to you across the miles. I am soaking up sunshine and surf shack vibes on a beach bum type of vacation at the moment and loving every second. Can you hear the white waves crashing at the shore? It’s music to my fairy on the prairie ears. Hahahaha. Peace to you, friend, and thanks for hosting.
