Here’s what I’ve been up to!

I took the week to be present with my family, since this is the last time our son will be home from college until mid-April. We did take a family trip to Ikea after Christmas and I picked up one of the tabletop terrariums I have been wanting for a while. I styled it with some pretty winter garden treasures.

You can also see that I have been messing around with styling my new glass door cabinets. There is another  matching set of cabinets on the opposite side of the window seat. We added vintage style hardware recently and I love how they look now. When we add the large crown molding to the top it will be a game changer too.

On New Year’s Eve I created a really last minute (as in 3 hours left in 2023!) vignette on the island. 

Have you Tried Tost? It’s a non-alcoholic, healthy sparkling tea with fruit juices. Our son discovered it at Culinary school and we got some for the holidays. I am not a fan of sparkling beverages but this one is pretty good!

Winter Cottage Garden Style

I have been slowly transitioning from Christmas to winter, using a lot of my favorite winter garden style elements that I have in the past. Here’s a throwback to one of my favorite winter tours of the Yellow Brick Home for some winter decor inspiration.
