Hello everyone and welcome back for our last All About Home party of the decade!!! Can you believe how fast this year (and the holidays) have flown by? I certainly can’t! I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you all did to. I am still in a celebratory mood so I am looking forward to this week’s party to see what everyone will be sharing.
Merry Christmas everyone! This Christmas season seems to have flown by faster than any I can ever remember! With returning to full-time teaching just three days before Thanksgiving and heading full force into the busy holiday concert season as a high school choir director, I didn’t get around to finishing up my Christmas decorating until the last few days. I really love the simple and old fashioned, traditional feel of our home this holiday season and I would like to invite you in on this Merry Christmas Day!
It’s hard to believe how fast the Christmas season flew by! It will be a while before I pack away all the Christmas decor, but I am already planning how to transition the decor for the long winter ahead. Taking down the lights always can be a bit depressing, but keeping things white, bright, cozy and calm can create a peaceful and welcoming home ambiance. Here are just a few simple after Christmas decorating ideas.

Hello friends! I just can’t believe Christmas is almost here and I still have so much to share! From now until Christmas I am going to be posting as much holiday inspiration as I can before the season passes us by. Today I am excited to show you my DIY quick salvaged porch post “peppermint stick.” *This post contains affiliate links.
Hello friends and welcome back for the 19th week of our fabulous All About Home Link Party! I can hardly believe that we started this party back in August and it’s nearly Christmas! How time flies! I truly wish the holiday season would slow down a little bit, don’t you? I am so thankful for this party and all of the amazing bloggers and readers who make the holidays a bit merrier with all the inspiration and friendships. I successfully finished my graduate classes this past week and now I have a bit more free time to enjoy all the parties in blog land. I can’t wait to see this week’s link ups!
