Happy NOVEMBER and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am so happy to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and a wonderful group of blogging friends as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too! If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and be inspired each week, this is the place to be. *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave me a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed last week’s party you can find it here. To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:
One Room Challenge Week Five: Tiny Powder Room Makeover Finishing Touches
This past week has been spent finishing up our Tiny Powder Room Makeover for the official Fall 2019 One Room Challenge. We ran into a few little DIY dilemmas during week five, but I am happy to say that everything is working out. There are just a few more finishing touches before the big reveal on Sunday. I do you will stop back by to check it out!
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday so I have enjoyed adding some Thanksgiving decor around the house. Tomorrow I will be sharing my my Traditional and Elegant table setting for the Thanksgiving tablescapes blog hop hosted by Celebrate and Decorate. You can head over to Chloe’s blog to find links to all of the beautiful tables that have already been shared this week. Please plan to visit tomorrow for a virtual seat at my Thanksgiving table!
While I am very traditional when it comes to not decorating for Christmas before Thanksgiving, I do try to get a head start on Christmas crafting. Last year I made these Charming DIY Victorian Style Christmas Ornaments and I can’t wait to make a few more this year. They are super fast, inexpensive and easy to make and they look beautiful too!

November 7, 2019 at 3:17 pmAmber, it’s always so much fun to see what you’re up to. You have such a mastery of DIY and stylistic talent, from your powder room to your Christmas ornaments, floral arrangements, and even your hunting skills for vintage finds. Speaking of, my links are #110 and 111 this week. Love Michelle’s tablescape, and Cindy’s Adirondack basket reminds me of those I made for our double doors last year. I sold mine in a yard sale this year (sniff sniff). Thanks for hosting us, Amber!
