Hello friends and welcome to the 100th All About Home Link Party! I can’t believe we have been meeting together to celebrate the joys of things that are “all about home” for the last 100 Mondays (during a pandemic too!) The party has definitely been a fun way to kick off each week on the blog and to catch up with all of you. Of course the inspiration is always top notch!n Thank you for visiting each week and making the party such a success. I am looking forward to seeing all the mid-summer ideas this week!
Debra and I love getting together each week to host this fun party! I am happy that Debra will be briefly joining us again this evening to say “hello” as she is healing up from back surgery. She is gaining mobility and improving little by little, so let’s continue to be in prayer together for her speedy and full recovery! Before moving on with the party, here’s what we have been up to:
Feeling the Beach Vibes!
This stock photo perfectly sums up my current situation today and my plans for the week ahead…relaxing and reading on the beach! (Of course I am playing it sun safe under a tent.) I am on book 5 of the Poldark Series (The Black Moon) by Winston Graham and loving every minute of it. Have you watched the Poldark series on PBS? It’s one of my favorites, and the books are even better.
Pin Away Wednesdays
This past Wednesday I re-shared a post of some beautiful Coastal Style and Beach Cottage Decor for my Pin Away Wednesdays series. Here at Wrightsville Beach (Wilimington, NC) there are so many amazing vintage and home decor shops featuring a beautiful mix of antiques and coastal cottage decor. I can’t wait to hit the shops later this week!
On Saturday I joined my friend Cindy of County Road 407 and several other vintage-loving friends for The Lifestyle of Love Blog Hop, featuring architectural salvage. If you love vintage junk be sure to check out my post for ideas on Decorating with Vintage Architectural Salvage. You will find links to all of the other creative hop participants’ posts at the end of my post.
Debra also shared super fun ways to Decorate with Antique Architectural Salvage in her post, “How I’ve Used Archictural Pieces in Vintage Decor” . She has the best junk!
Now it’s time for some beautiful features from last week’s party!
