Happy FOURTH OF JULY, and welcome to TFT! This is now my sixth year co-hosting this fabulous weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers!
NOTE: The party time has changed to 9:00 a.m. MDT (11:00 EST).
If you are looking for inspiration, want to share new ideas or make new friends, you’ve come to the right place!
Here’s what I’ve been up to!
What haven’t I been up to when it comes to home renovation, decorating and gardening? Friends, I can’t tell you how excited I am that it feels like we are FINALLY completely moved in to this house! As you are reading this post we are painting the sunroom…the room that made me fall in love with the house in the first place! It was the only room we could store junk and tools in on the first floor, so it ended up being the LAST room we have been able to work on. Our master bathroom is in progress at the same time. My husband is really working to get everything finished up before the end of July, as he was just moved from assistant principal to principal at work and he will have to start focusing on back-to-school sooner (yuck! let’s not think about that now!)
As I was working in the real world all this week, I just didn’t get a blog post up, although I did share more of our pretty patriotic porch on Instagram. Until next week when I give a little summer tour inside and out, here’s a throwback to one of my favorite patriotic patios in celebration of the day!
