Simple Summer Ideas to Inspire at Thursday Favorite Things

Happy July, and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am thrilled to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and wonderful group of bloggers for my third year as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too!

If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and or simply to be inspired each week, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed the last party you can find it here.)???? To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:

On Saturday I joined my vintage loving blogging friends for a fun baskets and crate blog hop hosted by my friend Cindy of County Road 407. I shared some my Easy Summer Decorating with Beautiful Baskets and a couple of crates.

Free Vintage Fountain Rescue and Refresh

On Monday I shared more about the adorable free vintage fountain that I rescued and upcycled into a succulent planter for my new backyard cottage garden.

I recently scored these two sweet vintage ironstone bowls at a local consignment shop. I love the old crazing and the beautiful designs, especially the blue for summer. You can read more about them and many other fun treasures in my my Mid-Summer Junkin’ Finds Round-Up coming up this weekend! I will also be sharing some fabulous thrifty makeovers.

Now it’s time for some beautiful features from last week’s party!

Amber, thank you so much for hosting each week!!! I enjoy coming over as it’s usually when I catch up on what you’ve been doing. Love that you found a little fountain to use for succulents out in the new garden area! I’ve been woodworking this week on the French/Victorian? cabinet, #79, so that’s what I’ve shared here with you.

Off to check out a few posts and yours,
    Hugs and happy weekend!
    Barb 🙂

Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 7-6 to 7-10 on my blog. On Tuesday were Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Wednesday saw Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies. Thursday was Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies. And winding up this Cookie Week was my post, Tip Friday Freezing Cookie Dough. Enjoy!
