Summer Beauty in Bloom at Thursday Favorite Things

summer flowers summer decorating ideas

Happy July, and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am thrilled to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and wonderful group of bloggers for my third year as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too!

If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and or simply to be inspired each week, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed the last party you can find it here.)???? To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:

It has been so hot here lately that I keep longing for the refreshing, deep blue sea and gentle coastal breezes. Next week we are headed to our annual quiet beach vacation spot, so I certainly have all things coastal on my mind. (No worries, we will be practicing social distancing, avoiding crowds, and eating most of our meals in our rental). Yesterday I shared some beautiful Coastal Style and Beach Cottage Decor Pinspiration. I can almost smell the sea air now!

So far I have had a pretty lucky summer for junkin’ even though things haven’t been quite back to normal on the junkin’ trail.  Here are just a few treasures that I scored earlier this week. I will be sharing more details about all of my latest summer finds in an upcoming post.

This vintage fountain might be my favorite summer find so far, since it was absolutley FREE! Tomorrow I will share a post about where I found it and how I revived it’s vintage charm with a little TLC.

On Saturday I will be joining my friend Cindy of  County Road 407 and several  vintage-loving blogging friends for a fun blog sharing how we use baskets and crates in our homes. I just love baskets and crates, so I can’t wait for this hop. I hope you will stop back on Saturday to check it out!

Now it’s time for some beautiful features from last week’s party!

Amber thank you so much for featuring the Traveling Teacup today! It was Candace from UnfoldingBeautiful.com who hosted this week’s trip and took the pictures! She has a post about the teacup on her blog as well. We’re having so much fun with this little journey – I’m so glad you like it too!

Hi Amber! Love the free fountain – what a find! And I am with you as far as wanting to get anywhere near the beach – only I think it will take a little while longer to get my husband to take a break. 🙂 I’m sharing some home renovation projects at #157 and 158 as well as encouraging quotes to pin at 159. I hope readers find these helpful and uplifting. Enjoy your vacation, and thanks so much for the feature and for hosting TFT each week – I love hanging out here. 🙂
