Hello dear readers! I can’t believe a whole week has passed since I posted my Holiday Music Room Tour as part of It’s A Wonderful House Christmas home tours with 20 bloggers! For a music teacher, vintage Christmas collector, and home decor blogger it is certainly the most wonderful (and busiest) time of the year! Our holiday home is always busy and bustling with the sounds of the season! At Christmas time we have many guests and visitors who are greeted at the front door with a shabby wooden treble clef “wreath” that is on display year round. I simply change the seasonal floral and greenery picks for the seasons. This year I have created a simple, wintry welcome with boxwood, blue juniper and eucalyptus.
It’s the first Christmas season here at Follow The Yellow Brick Home blog! Although this blog was just launched in 2017, I have been blogging for over seven years and I am excited to share some of my favorite older Christmas posts with you here! Today we will be taking a look at my cozy cottage-farmhouse style Christmas corner from 2013. I certainly wish I had a better camera back then, but I think there are still some nice ideas here worth sharing that you will enjoy.
I really don’t miss our old home too much, but I did love this cozy little farmhouse Christmas corner I created during the holidays. I still have a lot of these vintage items and decorations so it will be fun to see how I previously used them and how I will incorporate them here at our yellow brick home this Christmas.
