Welcome back everyone! It’s a rainy Sunday and I am relaxing with some hot tea and just doing some interior design dreaming. I am in one of those phases where my interior decorating style is starting to evolve, “grow up,” or become more refined, although it is not necessarily changing. Everyone has a different sense of style, but mine has never fit neatly into one category, unless “Vintage” can be called an overall design style. After 25 years as a home owner, I still always swoon for romantic cottage and shabby chic rooms with French influence, even if I don’t go overboard with that look in my home today.
Summer is almost here and it’s time to start spending time in our outdoor gardens and entertaining spaces. While many of us enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard and stylish patio area, very few people enjoy all the work that goes along with maintaining outdoor spaces. Even if you love gardening or working outdoors, you might just not have the time to devote to keeping up with a lot of extra outdoor patio chores.
