Hello and welcome to the 38th All About Home Link Party! Another week has passed us by in this crazy world, but we have managed to survive. By gathering together to inspire and encourage one another we can do much more than survive, we can still thrive by making the most of every day we are given! I am so thankful for all of you and I hope you find as much joy from gathering here as I do. I can’t wait to see what everyone has been up to this week!
Dreamy Kitchen Built-Ins: Butler’s Pantries, China Cabinets, and Hutches
Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well during quarantine time! Have you been doing any home improvements while staying home? My husband has been working on our kitchen renovation and it is coming along nicely. At this point we are at a little stand still as we have to make some final decisions about the built-in that we plan to put in place of a window (it has an unscenic view of the side of the garage) and an oddly shaped short cabinet that we never use.
7 Dietary and Lifestyle Changes For Improved Health
Hello friends! Welcome back to my healthy living series! I have been having a relapse of chronic health issues, and I have realized that most of the problem is coming from my diet. Having multiple food allergies and sensitivities to food additives means that I have to adhere to a pretty strict diet most of the time. If I overeat on the starchier “safe foods” I still end up pretty sick. One thing I can absolutely attest to is that food can really trigger autoimmune relapses or get them under control depending on the dietary choices I make. In order to control symptoms I have to pretty much stick to the autoimmune protocol and low FODMAP diet with a strict avoidance of sugar. *This post contains affiliate and/or sponsored links.
