Hey friends, what’s cookin’? There is NOTHING cookin’ over here right now! First of all it’s 100 degrees in the shade! Second, our stove is not hooked up as we are in the middle of laying the brick floor as as part of our kitchen renovation. It will be a couple more days before we can use the stove again, so after some research I have made the decision to purchase up an Instant Pot tomorrow. I definitely think the Instant Pot will come in handy during our renovation, as it will save time and cut down on big messes (and the heat!) from traditonal cooking. Today I am sharing a round up of fast and healthy Instant Pot recipes that I can’t wait to try.
