It’s our last party before Valentine’s Day, so I am excited to gather as many ideas as possible here at the party as we celebrate all things hearts and home with you this week. Of course it’s always fun to see all the other decor, craft and recipe ideas to get the week started off with creative inspiration!
Well the groundhog may have seen his shadow resulting in the ever-dreaded prediction of six more weeks of winter, but robins and various other birds in our neighborhood are singing sweet songs of spring! All weekend long I have sat in my recliner taking it easy (chronic illness is for the birds, no pun intended…) but the hundreds of birds flying back and forth from our home to the forest across the street put a bit of “spring” in my step this afternoon!
Happy February my friends! Today I am sharing some adorable shabby Vintage DIY Valentine Hearts that I made using scrapbooking materials from my craft stash. On Sunday I was in a crafty mood, and I started out with the intention of just making a simple cardboard moss heart. However, when I began gathering my supplies I came across some beautiful vintage style scrapbook papers, Tim Holtz “Paper Dolls” and a few other scrapbooking items that inspired me to make several different shabby-vintage style hearts. *This post contains affiliate links.
