Welcome back to the Interior Decor and Styling Series! Today’s post is all about designing a chic home office. With the pandemic continuing, many people are having to work from home. Now that I am teaching from home and blogging at the same time, I definitely need a more organized and designated office space. We have an extra room in our basement that is dry and mold free, and it is relatively bright due to two basement windows in the room. I have been using it as a craft (and junk hoarding) room for some time, but I really would like to turn it into a more usable office space. I have found some great ideas online, so today I decided to share some chic home office inspiration with you. These tips should help you in creating the perfect home working environment, so if you are thinking of starting remote work give them a try! *This post contains affiliate links.
Garage Goals: Great Ideas For Garage Storage, Organization And Curb Appeal
Welcome dear readers! This weekend we had a garage sale to get rid of indoor clutter and a few gardening pots and tools, but we haven’t had a chance to start working on “detoxing” the garage. I am so ready to get the garage purged of unnecessary junk! It will be so nice to be able to walk in and easily find what I am looking for. Hopefully we will get around to cleaning the garage next spring and then have another big sale to get rid of the garage junk too. Because I don’t want it to get in such a disheveled state again, I have been making plans and gathering some great ideas for storage and organization. I also noticed the outside of the garage is looking rough and it could use some sprucing up too. Today I am sharing some of my garage goals and great ideas for adding storage, organization and curb appeal. *This post contains affiliate and/or sponsored links.
