On Friday I shared my Vintage Cottage Style Easter Dining Room Decor for the “Easter’s on Its Way” Blog Hop. I had so much fun styling my table with some vintage-kitchsy planters and fresh daffodils, as well as my favorite French-Farmhouse cottage style elements. I also shared a beautiful antique tablecloth that I scored back in the summer at an estate sale.

“Consider the Lilies” Sacred Easter Tablescape

This year I didn’t set a full tablescape for Easter. With all that has been going on in the world I have been craving calmness and simple spring decor. I have still enjoyed going back and looking at the special table I set for Easter last year. I was inspired to create a unique Easter table design that focused on Jesus and the true meaning of Easter. It turned out to be one of my favorite tablescapes!

 

 

Tomorrow is Good Friday, a day of victory and promise for believers in Jesus Christ! No matter what is going on in the world, we can have peace because Jesus has defeated death, hell and the grave. He has promised us that He will supply all our needs and we can rest assured that He is in control of all things, at all times! The Bible is full of God’s promises, and we can take comfort in these Good Friday Scriptures for Reflection as we celebrate holy week.
