Happy holiday week dear friends! I can’t believe the Fourth of July is just two days away! Just a few days ago I got the idea to upcyle some vintage salvaged chair spindles into farmhouse style American flags. I rushed to get them finished up so I could share a post with you today. They were super fast and simple to make and I love how they turned out! *This post contains affiliate links.

Happy Mother’s Day weekend! If you are stopping by to check out my post on the Midway Flower Market that I mentioned on Instagram and at Thursday Favorite Things, I have re-scheduled that post next Friday, 5/17. Welcome friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter holiday weekend! Even though Easter is over there is still plenty of spring beauty to enjoy, so if you are looking for more spring inspiration then you have come to the right place. Today I am joining several blogging friends in sharing our spring door decor as part of a fun Pinterest challenge hosted by amazing Cindy of County Road 407. You can find links to each participant’s blog at the end of this post.
