Merry Christmas week and welcome to the 71st All About Home Link Party! Can you believe how fast the holiday season has flown by? I am still busy decorating, crafting and trying to post a few more little snippets of our home before Christmas. This week I dried some oranges for garlands and made a few more cloved orange pomanders for the dining room.
Do you have big plans this week or are you enjoying a quiet celebration at home? Either way, I pray you have a safe and blessed holiday. I am so happy we can join together here at the party to celebrate this most joyous season! I am looking forward to this week’s link ups for sure!
Debra and I are thrilled to be your hosts, especially this time of year. Thanksgiving is our shared favorite holiday and we are both Christmas crazy! After partying here be sure to swing by Common Ground to see Debra’s features too. Before moving on with the link up, here’s what we have been up to recently:
Recently I shared a post all about Vintage Christmas Decorating with Bottlebrush Trees. It’s never to late to add a little vintage Christmas cheer by sticking a bottlebrush tree here and there around your home. There are so many cute ideas in this post!
I also shared a quick and easy Plaid Drawstring Gift Sack Christmas Pillow Hack (No-Sew)! Gotta love inexpensive and super simple Christmas decorating hacks!
“Throwback Thursday”
For last week’s “Throwback Thursday” I am shared an older post on Creating a Cozy Christmas with Vintage Christmas Vignettes.
Tomorrow I will be joining several friends in sharing how we are celebrating advent. This lovely hop will have a sacred theme focusing on the true meaning of Christmas, Jesus’ birth!
I am also co-hosting a fun Winter Wonderland $100 Giveaway! After partying here today you can head over to this post to enter to win. Good luck!
A Little Bit Scottish in the Holiday Cupboard
Debra shared how she styled her holiday cupboard in Christmas Scottish style. I am a wee bit envious of her plaids and vintage Scottish collectibles! Love it!
Reader Feature!
I was so touched by a sweet email from a dear reader, Ruth Rasmussen. She shared how I had inspired her to mix vintage finds in with her Rae Dunn collection and sent a couple of pictures I just had to share!
How gorgeous is this cabinet???I am loving the sheet music lining the shelves and those little carolers are precious!
Such beautiful styling! (Thank you for sharing these pictures Ruth, and for allowing me to share them here at the party!)
Now it’s time for some festive features from last week’s party!
