Spring and Easter crafts, recipes Spring Decor Spring Crafts Easter ideas

Happy SPRING and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am so excited to be co-hosting this fabulous party with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers for this inspiring weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers!

If you would like to make some new friends,  grow your blog audience, or just find some weekly inspiration, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: Please leave a comment with the number of your link up for a chance to be featured at next week’s party. The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here.) To get the party started, here’s what I have been up to recently:

Spring tablescape with forsythia, ivy, birds, bird nests, bird's eggs Spring Tablescape

On Tuesday I joined several blogging friends for a fun Spring Tablescape Pinterest Challenge. I created a “Simple Spring Tea with the Birds” out on my patio to celebrate spring arrival. Check out my post for all the details and to find links to all the other pretty tablescapes.

“Throwback Thursday”

How to decorate with forsythia branches for spring

The neighborhood is so bright and cheerful with all the sunny forsythia bushes in full bloom! I love using cut branches in flower arrangements or baskets. Here is a beautiful post I shared last year full of ideas for Simple Spring Decorating with Forsythia Branches.

On Friday I will be sharing more of my spring decor for the Blogger’s Best Spring Home Tours. The tours started on Monday, so head over to my friend Kelly’s blog, The Tattered Pew to tour all the lovely spring homes!

Hi Amber, thanks so much for sharing my bunny basket centerpiece this week! My forsythia are slow this year. We’ve had such a long cold winter, hopefully they’ll be out soon. Hope you’re having a great week!

Thanks so much for this feature, Amber! I am so ready to make cupcakes after seeing all the pretty spring colors and inspiration. And I love your daffodils and charming nook with the bistro table – daffodils will forever remind me of our first home, a bungalow with vintage gardens. What a blessing it was to watch those gardens bloom with heirloom varieties of plants and blooms! Sorry I didn’t have time to party this week – busy with a secret project which should yield some interesting content a little later! Sending peace to you right where you are and wishes for a lovely season of teaching as you wrap up the year.
