Hello friends! Valentine’s Day is just around a month away, so it’s not too early to decorate your door, mantel or wall with a beautiful heart wreath. Today I am sharing a round up of some heart wreaths that I am loving, many of which can be used year round. Enjoy!*This post cotains affiliate links.
Last year I created a DIY shabby farmhouse heart rag wreath using a simple plastic heart from Dollar Tree, red ticking fabric stirps, and several different types of lace and yarn. I just love it (and it has been very popular on the blog and social media too!) Thank you, readers!
I had so much fun making the ticking stripe heart wreath that I decided to make another rag wreath using neutral colors so I could decorate with it year round. I used a wire heart wreath from Dollar Tree and several different types of muslin (plain and tea-stained in various shades), lace, ribbon and yarn. My DIY Neutral Farmhouse Heart Rag Wreath is much fuller so it took a little more time to make, but it was just as easy as my ticking stripe wreath. Check out each of my rag wreath posts for all the DIY details.
Pom-poms are all the rage right now! This pom-pom heart wreath is definitely one to love!
This gorgoues pastel peonies wreath is alson one of my favorites, not just for Valentine’s Day but for Easter and spring too.
By the time Valentine’s Day rolls around I am staring to think about spring and gardening! Tulips are my favorite flowers, so I am all heart eyes for a tulip heart wreath whether monocromatic or in a mix of colors. (I am counting the heart tulip wreaths together as one type of heart wreath for this round up.)
A lavender heart wreath would also be perfect for transitioning from Valentine’s Day into spring.
A dried flowers heart wreath? Yes please! Be still my heart!!!!

I love the use of sheet music in Valentine’s Day decorating. This pretty wreath features a wire “love” heart covered with sheet music and adorned with sheet music flowers.
A sheet music paper cone heart wreath is defintely on my DIY to-do list!
How pretty is this Dried Roses and Eucalyptus Wire Heart Wreath by Carol of Art and Sand? It just screams “romantic vintage cottage.”
I hope you have been inspired by these fourteen heart wreaths to love. I am smitten by the moss heart wreath and I think I will be making one just in time for Valentine’s Day and to use on into spring. Which ones are your favorites? I love hearing from you, dear readers! Thanks for visiting today!

These are all beautiful wreaths my favorites are the ones with the tulips and peonies (I think those are the flowers anyway). That hot pink tulip one on that black door is stunning. Thanks for sharing
