Hello friends and welcome back to my Pin Away Wednesday series! Summer is a great time to create stunning cut flower arrangements and to enjoy the fresh summer blooms from the garden or market. Today I am sharing highlights from my Flower Arrangements, Bouquets, and Gatherings for inspiration. If you are a flower lover, get ready to pin away!
Fresh flowers bring so much joy and happiness to a home no matter where they are displayed.
Whether they are heirloom perennials, colorful annuals, or a collection of wildflowers, a bouquet of flowers is nature’s perfect decorative accesssory.
When designing a flower arrangement, choose an interesting container and coordinate the colors. Vintage jars, cans, baskets and bottles with colorful labels are perfect for creating eye catching arrangements.
Even a small gathering of flowers adds beauty and charm to a table or mantel.
Display large arrangments in stunning vessels, pots, or urns. These types of arrangements look beautiful in foyers or as a dining room centerpiece.
When planning my gardens I try to think ahead of what flowers will still be in bloom during late August, September and October so I can continue to have plenty of flowers in bloom for fresh arrangements. Autumn arrangements can be just as beautiful as those that were created with summer’s peak blooms.

I absolutely love using dried flowers to create romantic arrangements and wreaths.
Now I am ready to head out to the garden to cut some blooms to arrange for my summer home tour coming up on Friday, June 12th!

I’ve always been a fan of what I describe as “loose and natural” floral arrangements. Real stems rebel against being forced into a specific style. I just love the choices you made and pinned away.
