Hello friends and welcome to the 43rd All About Home Link Party! Every week during these unprecedented times of trial and stress I find comfort and joy in your company! I think we all feel the importance of making our homes safe havens of beauty and comfort when we can’t control what is going on in the outside world. Fortunately we have the best bloggers and blog readers in blog land who gather together at the party each week to inspire and celebrate the joys of home together. Every week I enjoy seeing what everyone has to share and love choosing some beautiful features for you to enjoy too. As always, I can’t wait to see what’s new this week!
Debra and I are thrilled to be your hosts each week. Before we move on to the link up, here’s what we have been up to recently:
My “new” vintage cottage style garden is coming along in the backyard, and I am having fun adding vintage treasures and garden ornaments right in with all the flowers and plants. Recently I gave an old garden stake a new look with a decoupage. Take a look at my post to see how easy it is to use decoupage to give old an old item new life and for a couple of sneak peek photos of my new landscaping and potting bench.
On Friday I joined a few friends for a fun mini-blog hop hosted by my friend Cecilia of My Thrift Store Addiction. The theme was “summer nights” and it was really unique and inspiring! Check out my post to see how I use lanterns, torches and solar lights to brighten up our summer nights around our home and garden.
You can find links to each of the other posts on the hop at the end of my post. They are full of fun ideas for summer nights!
I am super busy getting ready for the Summer Home Tours featuring 30 bloggers, hosted by friend Marty of A Stroll Through Life. I will be sharing my Summer Home and Garden Tour on Friday, so please do plan to stop by for another visit. The tours started today, so after partying here today you can head over to Marty’s blog to get started on the tours which are all full of beautiful summer ideas!
Debra shared a cute DIY Grain Sack Bread Board. I am definitely going to copy this idea!
