Happy “almost” fall everyone! Today I am sharing my “new” elegant DIY fall napkin rings I made using an empty paper towel roll and some supplies from Dollar Tree. These napkin rings are probably one of my favorite DIY Dollar Tree projects! Once I finished them I couldn’t wait to share them with you here on the blog. They are so easy and quick to make, and only cost about $1.25 each. Take a look at this literal “trash to treasures” project! *This post contains affiliate links.
