The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here. Here’s what I have been up to:

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 day trip to the beach! It was a much needed rest from the renovations on our new home, but we are already back at it. It won’t be finished in time for school to start or for a “reveal” until my fall home tour in September, but we are starting to move some things in this weekend!

I really had planned on working on an update post while the beach, but I really felt like it was more important to be in the moment and spend time with my huband without thinking about any kind of responsibilities at all. I will do my best to share some updates this week.

even though we still have so much to finish before I can actually decorate for late summer and early fall, I am planning to brighten up the kitchen-in-progress with some sunny sunflowers this week. My Summer to Fall  Decorating with Sunflowers post is full of the most beautiful inspiration for decorating this time of year.
