Happy Fourth of July dear friends, and Happy 242nd Birthday America! I hope everyone is having a great day so far. It is so sunny and hot here in Kentucky that we are staying inside and just relaxing as a family.
Later this evening after it cools down we will let off some simple fireworks here at our house. Isn’t it a blessing that we simply have the freedom to choose how to spend such a special day?
Today I put together a quick Fourth of July vignette in the “Rae Dunn Cabinet” to celebrate the day! I picked up this bisque Kewpie in the cutest little red summer dress a few weeks ago at a thrift shop. She just looks so cute grouped with some festive Rae Dunn and her little American flag, a cupcake topper.
It has been so fun celebrating the beauty of red, white and blue with all of you this summer! The Patriotic Party Link Up is still live through midnight tonight, so you can still link up any patriotic posts or check out all of the beautiful posts.
May your Fourth of July celebrations be safe, and full of singing, laughter, good food, great fireworks and the blessings of spending time with family and friends.
Have a great Fourth Of July!

Amber, this is such a sweet vignette. I especially love the little birthday candles. Kewpie is pretty darn cute holding her flag! The Rae Dunn is so fun. I am trying to resist. 🙂 Thanks for sharing with SYC.July 6, 2018 at 11:03 pm
