Do you love elegant, “Old World” European style? Do you also love creating the home of your dreams on a budget? If so then I have a treat for you today! My talented friendLarissa Jenkins is back again as a special guest to share her “Top Ten Craigslist Finds.” I have been watching on Instagram for almost two years as Larissa transforms her historic home, The Welch House 1900, into her dream home using mostly thrifted treasures and Craigslist finds. Her home was featured in the January 2018 issue of Romantic Homes Magazine, the March 2017 issue of Casa e deco Shabby Style magazine and the July 2017 issue of Maison et deco Shabby Style. It is easy to see why after looking at her dreamy photos and perfectly styled rooms and vignettes.
I have started calling Larissa “The Craigslist Queen” as she surely has the royal touch when it comes to finding amazing pieces on Craigslist to give her home a royal European feel. Take a look at her swoonworthy treasures!
Hi friends! I am so happy to introduce my dear friend, Kristin, from White Arrows Home! She is here today as a guest blogger while I am on vacation at the beach this week. I love how Kristin incorporates vintage finds in and around her dreamy log cabin to create a style that is all her own. We share a love of all things plaid and cozy cottage living. It is a joy to have her here today! Here is Kristin!Read more

Hello and welcome to an exciting patriotic party created for bloggers and blog readers! This is the place to find all the best patriotic inspiration in blog land! Last week I hosted the Patriotic Porches Tour and joined 14 blogging friends to share our patriotic porches and outdoor decor, and it was such a fun experience! This summer I have noticed so many other bloggers sharing their patriotic porches, decor, crafts and recipes, and I was inspired to host a link party for everyone to share their best patriotic ideas in one place.
Hello dear readers and friends! I am so happy to be participating in the Thrifty Chicks June Challenge! This month’s theme is garden art. I have always used pieces of salvage or vintage junkin’ finds as repurposed garden art. I often style garden vignettes just like my indoor vignettes and think of them as works of art! One of my favorite projects is this DIY repurposed vintage dishes bird feeder. This is not a totally unique and new idea for garden art, but I had been wanting to make one forever and I had plenty of extra vintage dishes in my hoards to play around with. It is however a one of a kind work of art, created by me for my mom as a gift. Read more

Hello friends! Yesterday eleven blogging friends and I kicked off the Tea and Roses Blog Hop and it has been so much fun!
