Springing into March at Thursday Favorite Things

Happy March and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am so excited to be co-hosting this fabulous party with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers for this inspiring weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers!

If you would like to make some new friends,  grow your blog audience, or just find some weekly inspiration, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: Please leave a comment with the number of your link up for a chance to be featured at next week’s party. The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here.) To get the party started, here’s what I have been up to recently:

Vintage Traditional and English-Country Style Early Spring Entryway

I have been easing into spring in my vintage-traditional and English country styled entryway by adding a few green and natural elements. I am loving the simple and classic look that can easily be made more seasonal by changing just a few of the accents.

Spring Decor Refresh Inspiration with Birch Lane

I have also been enjoying giving our dining room a much needed spring refresh with a little help from Birch Lane. Recently I shared the mood board I have created and some ideas I have for the refresh. I am still waiting on one item to arrive, but so far I am happy with the small changes I have made that have big impact!

Amber, thank you for this fun weekly party. I love your space in your entry. The stack of frames is eye catching as are the pieces hanging on the stair wall. I’m thinking about doing something similar in our entry on the stair wall. You inspire!

Hi Amber, what a week, am I right?! Here’s hoping all is well in your region after the heavy rains that fell earlier in the week. I absolutely adore the bluebird bath party and those twine carrots! The vintage silverplate also caught my eye this week as an alternative Easter basket (note to self: adds eggs to mine at the antique mall!). Speaking of antique mall, I took readers browsing through our mall (#189), and set a St. Patrick’s Day table with dishes my sister discarded! (#188). I hope you have a great weekend. I can’t wait to see your refresh with the Birch Lane sponsorhsip. Thank you for hosting us.

Rita…we have had a time with our gutters and a bit of flooding but all is well now (almost.) Gutters are being taken care of this week and I have hired someone to do some yard clean up. Other than that, the weather has been so nice and all my plants and shrubs seemed to have survived!
So glad to have your partying with us this week!
