Stylish Kitchen Updates

One of the positive sides of staying home is getting a head start on the kitchen renovation that we were planning to begin later in the summer. Using some supplies we already had on hand and some paint purchased on “safe” trips with curbside pick up at our local hardware store, my husband has begun giving our cabinets a makeover with paint and trim. I have had “all things kitchen” on my mind recently, so on Tuesday I shared a post higlighting 11 DIY Changes For a Stylish Kitchen. If you are planning a DIY project while staying safe at home, check out a specialist hardware store, like Bear Hollow Supply  for all of your hardware needs. If you aren’t in the position for a complete room makeover but want a change in your home, perhaps add shiplap or planks to an accent wall. These wallscapes can look fantastic anywhere but they’re particularly effective in a smaller space, like a bathroom.

Good morning, Amber! Thank you so much for featuring me to today and for hosting this wonderful edition of TFT. I can’t wait to read your post about DIY kitchen updates. I could post about kitchens everyday! I’m sharing at 187, 191 and 192 today, and I have been ill for weeks so while I have been tackling projects, it has been a slow steady process. This is what I’m learning: small steps still lead to completion and wholeness. We want things to be so linear and seamless, but in fact, it’s all more spiral-like. So much learning going on over here. I hope you are feeling well and will try to get caught up on my blog reading! Sending hugs. xox
