Here’s what I’ve been up to!
Last week I was late posting as it was an extremely busy and important day on Thursday…our son graduated from the world’s premiere (and toughest!) culinary college, The Culinary Institue of America in NY!
He is home now briefly and we are enjoying every minute before he begins his career in the restaurant inducstry. He has several jub options to weigh out, none of which are close to home, but we encourage him to continue chasing his dreams. For now we are lucky to have a certified chef at home. He cooked the most fabulous Easter dinner!
