Happy Easter and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am so happy to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and a wonderful group of blogging friends as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too! If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and be inspired each week, this is the place to be. *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave me a comment with the number of your link up. We could not have asked for more beautiful spring weather this past week in Kentucky! I spent some time outdoors planting a few herbs and enjoying some beautiful tulips and our blooming azalea bushes. Check out my recent post for some really pretty spring flower inspo and tips for creating an instant spring garden: Early Spring Herbs and Blooms
Speaking of spring blooms, I was so honored and excited that a photo from my Vintage Dishes and Daffodils Easter Table for Two post was featured by Victoria Magazine on their official Instagram instastories on Tuesday! Victoria is one of my favorite magazines!
Pin Away Wednesdays: Spring and Easter Joys
With Easter only a few days away, I decided to share highlights from my Spring and Easter Joys Pinterest board for my Pin Away Wednesday series. If spring is your season and you love Easter, I am sure you will enjoy all the springy “pinspiration!”
This time last year my family and I traveled to New York City for the Samsung Solve For Tomorrow National Competition that my son and his school technology group participated it. Over 3000 high schools and middle schools entered the contest…but in the end, my son and his classmates were the national winners, taking home $150K in technology and prizes for their middle school! (This year they were also the Kentucky state winners, earning an additional 20k for the school!) Check out my post of highlights from the trip and to read more about the life saving invention that these brilliant kids designed to combat the national opioid crisis using 3-D printing technology!
