Happy October and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am thrilled to celebrate my fourth year co-hosting this fabulous weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers!
If you would like to make some new friends, grow your blog audience, or just find some weekly inspiration, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: Please leave a comment with the number of your link up for a chance to be featured at next week’s party. The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here. Here’s what I have been up to recently:
Not much going on on the home front as far as home improvement or holiday decorating, but it was a very big weeked. We visited The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York where our son Liam will be attending school next fall! The campus was so beautiful and immaculate! I took several photos and will share a post about it soon after I recouperate from the grueling trip (over 22 hours of car rides within 3 days!)

Amber, thank you so much for featuring my landscape. Still so much to do, but happy the season is over so I can contemplate next steps! I know you’ve probably got ideas spinning in your head too. You found some great deals at Lowes. The CIA looked so inviting. I hope Liam loves it!
