Beautiful Ideas for decorating with pumpkins and pumpkin crafts

Happy October dear readers, and welcome back to Thursday Favorite Things! I am so happy to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and a wonderful group of blogging friends as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too! If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and be inspired each week, this is the place to be. *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave me a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed last week’s party you can find it  here🙂 To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:

On Tuesday I hosted the Bountiful Baskets Blog Hop and it was so much fun! Nineteen blogging friends got together to share different ways to incorporate baskets into fall decor and home organization. There were so many beautiful and useful ideas! If you are a basket lover and fall lover, you won’t want to miss this fun hop!

Fall Decorating Ideas using baskets in fall decor

In my post, Creative Fall Decorating With Baskets I shared lots of different styles of baskets and how I have decorated them for fall. I also shared how I “think outside the basket” when styling baskets in my home.

If I am out of wall space, shelf space or cabinet space, I often create “basket vignettes” to showcase my favorite treasures.  Check out my post for more ideas and to find links to all of the other bloggers’ amazing Bountiful Fall Basket posts.

On Monday I participated in the Halloween Tablescape Blog Hop hosted by Chloe Crabtree of Celebrate and Decorate. So far the hop is just full of beautiful and festive Halloween tablescape ideas! It continues through Friday and I can’t wait to see all the rest of the tablescapes.

For the hop I shared my Music Of The Night Halloween Tea Party and I have to say that it just might be my favorite blog post so far! I was able to incorporate my background as a music educator with my love of vintage collecting and decorating, and it turned out to be a super fun and educational, “interactive” post. There is even a little game of  “Clue” with a mystery for readers to solve! After linking up today I would love for you to check it out! You can also find links to all of the other Halloween Tablescapes on the blog hop at the end of my post.

It’s hard to believe how fast October has flown by, and that we are already on our last week of the Hauntingly Beautiful Decor Halloween Link Party! There is still time for you to come over and link up all of your favorite Halloween posts or just check out all the other links for inspiration. For our last week the party will be open now through Halloween. On Saturday the hosts will share some boo-ti-ful features, so be sure to stop back by then!
