The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here.) To get the party started, here’s what I have been up to recently:
Hello friends! Are you ready for some spring inspiration? I sure am! It’s been a very stressful 10 days here due to a massive snow and ice storm which resulted in loss of electricity for over a week, so I am thrilled that things have gotten back to normal just in time for another fun Pinterest Challenge hosted by my awesome friend Cindy of County Road 407! Hello and welcome to the 80th All About Home Link Party! I am going to be brief with my party introduction because we have only had power for a little over 24 hours, and different areas in our region have still been losing power off and on due to falling branches so it could happen here too! I will get caught up with sharing all about the ice storm with you sometime next week. Now let’s be inspired by calmer, safer and happier things that are all about home!
Happy May and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things! I am thrilled to be joining Katherine at Katherine’s Corner and wonderful group of bloggers for my third year as a co-hostess for this fantastic weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers too!
If you are looking to grow your blog, make new friends, and or simply to be inspired each week, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: If you would like a chance to be featured, please leave a comment with the number of your link up. We can’t wait to see what you have to share this week! (If you missed the last party you can find it here.) To get the party started, let’s take a look at what I have been up to recently:
As our kitchen renovation moves forward, I find myself becoming a bit indecisive over a few things. I am not sure if it’s reluctance to spend money given the current state of world affairs, or just that I love so many different looks that it’s hard for me to make big decorating decisions. One thing is for certain—I will definitely be adding vintage cottage style to the kitchen, incorporating elements of French Country, farmhouse and English Country style. I enjoy learning more about each of these styles and pinning inspiration for the future. This weekend I shared a post on How to Achieve the English Country Kitchen Look as I was gathering ideas. I just love a cozy kitchen!
This time of year our neighborhood is just gorgeous as everything is almost fully bloomed out and late spring flowers, trees and shrubs are putting on a glorious show. Recently I shared some photos of a few of my favorite spots along my walks up and down our street that I think you will enjoy.
Memorial Day is on the way and Independence Day is just around the corner. I love decorating with red, white and blue for summer! For this week’s Pin Away Wednesdays I shared some festive patriotic pinspiration full of inspiring decor ideas that can be enjoyed all summer long.
Now it’s time for some lovely features from last week’s party!
