Spring is in full swing here in KY, so I thought I would share a post about what’s going on in my early May garden. After a beautiful March and April with warm spring days, we have reverted to a chilly and rainy late spring that has put me a little behind on my gardening. Still, the garden has continued right on and my perennials and herbs are already looking beautiful.
Happy May dear friends! Earlier this spring I shared a couple of photos of the vintage style shears and twine set that I received from Victorian Trading Company for review. Now that gardening season is well underway, I have been using the shears daily to snip fresh herbs to use in recipes and the twine to tie up bundles for drying. I love and use my little set so much that it inspired me to share a post with ideas for using these types of sets for gardening, crafting or simply as charming decorative accent.
