Hello everyone! I am so glad to have you back for another post in my “garden thyme” series! Today I am sharing a post with some photos of the part shade/shade window boxes I planted up for the front of our house. I am so excited to actually be sharing this post because we have lived here at the yellow brick home for five years and this is the first summer I have actually planted anything in the boxes! I really wasn’t quite ready to plant them yet but Lowes was having a massive plant clearance sale and I couldn’t pass up the great deals on these shade loving plants.
Garden Thyme
Welcome friends! Today I am sharing some succulents that I just planted in pretty thrifted pots and urns, and some photos of the little gardening area just outside our side door. The side door is the main entrance that we use daily, so that it is where my kitchen herb garden and all of my favorite plants are located. It is close to our patio where we enjoy the views during al fresco dining or just relaxing during summer evenings.
Exploring the Charming Midway Flower Market in Historic Midway, Kentucky
Welcome everyone! After a week of rain, the sun is shining and I am so ready to get out and spend some quality time with my herbs and flowers again! With flowers in mind, today I am thrilled to share a post all about the Midway Flower Market! I discovered this charming little market recently when I was in historic Midway, Kentucky.
Happy Mother’s Day weekend! If you are stopping by to check out my post on the Midway Flower Market that I mentioned on Instagram and at Thursday Favorite Things, I have re-scheduled that post next Friday, 5/17. Things just got a little too busy this weekend with Mother’s Day coming up and the last minute craziness of finishing up our basement makeover for the One Room Challenge which ends tomorrow at 11:00 p.m EST!
