Pin Away Wednesdays: Kitchen Inspiration
Yesterday I shared a post full of beautiful Kitchen Inspiration from Pinterest. A kitchen update is on “the to-do list” for 2020 so I am busy pinning away ideas!
I have started making serious plans for cleaning and purging in the New Year! I am going to start with some much needed window cleaning. Another New Year’s goal is to start some very easy light weight training for strength.
If you are looking for a way to improve your arms a little, then a great thing you can do is attach some wrist weights to your wrists while you are washing windows or polishing furniture. Fifteen minutes of polishing, and you will feel like you’ve been deadlifting for an hour.
