All About Home Link Party #64

All About Home Blogger Link Party Home Decor Party

Happy November and welcome to the 64th All About Home Link Party! It has been THE busiest week around here. We are finishing up our kitchen renovation (no, really, I mean it this time!) As of today the grout is drying on the brick floor! My husband plans to seal the brick on Wednesday and after a couple of days of curing he will be putting on just a few more finishing touches with final cabinet trim details and paint touch-ups

It’s hard to believe I will have a new “vintage” kitchen in time for Thanksgiving! I am certainly going to enjoy cooking in my new space. (I do have comfy and supportive house shoes since the brick isn’t the most comfortable to stand on).

How to set a lovely, vintage inspired tablescape for Thanksgiving

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I can’t wait! There’s no better time to spend in blogland than the “fall-i-days” (as I call the time from mid-fall through New Year’s Day)  and I can’t wait to see what everyone shares this week as we move toward Thanksgiving and Christmas here at the party!

Debra and I are thrilled to be your hosts, especially during FALL! We both love all things autumn! Before moving on with the link up, here’s what we have been up to recently:

DIY Easy Christmas Jar Cloche

On Tuesday I joined my friend Cindy of County Road 407 and 16 other talented bloggers for a fun Pinterest Challenge! This month’s challenge was to create a snowy holiday scene in a jar. Check out my post to see how I incorporated some adorable dime finds into my wintry hurricane globe “jar” cloche. You will also find links to all of the other pretty snow jars at the end of my post.

Unique Vintage Fall Vignette using thrifted treasures antiques and vintage fall decorating ideas

Earlier today I shared a post about my Unique Vintage Fall Vignette Using Thrifted Treasures. I was excited that Victoria Magazine recently featured the vignette in their IG stories! I have enjoyed this vignette for several weeks but I will be doing some redecorating tomorrow in preparation for Thankgsiving.

vintage and traditional Thanksgiving decorating ideas Thanksgiving dining room tour

For last week’s throwback Thursday I shared my Vintage-Traditional Thanksgiving Dining Room Tour from last year. If you love Thanksgiving you won’t want to miss this post! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I love giving my vintage turkeys and pheasants their time to shine. Santa will have to at least wait until the day after Thanksgiving to make an appearance at our house!

If you love all things Thanksgiving, be sure to join me and several blogging friends on Saturday for “A Season of Thanks” Blog Hop! There will be all different kinds of Thanksgiving inspiration shared at the hop. You will get a couple of preview pics of my kitchen as we get ready for Thanksgiving and a few of my pheasants, turkeys and other fall feathered friends!

Debra shared her Antique Rocking Horse Dressed up for Fall and some last minute fall decor. That fall plaid ribbon on the horse looks too cute!

Now it’s time for some beautiful features from last week’s party:
