Here’s what I’ve Been Up To!

I wasn’t active on social media or blogging this past week as we worked morning, noon and night on the sunroom and getting other things around the house in order before heading to Rhode Island (en route as you are reading this) to pick up our son from his summer internship and bring him home for a three week visit before the fall semester back in NY at Culinary School.  Yay! I haven’t seen my baby since May! We did get the sunroom partially in order and semi-useable, but not before a costly setback of my own creation…

You won’t believe the DISASTER, wasted time, money, and back aches I created on my impulsive sunroom paint decision “influenced” by decor trends.. You just have to see it to believe it. (It all worked out in the end! Read the post for the details and to see the GORGEOUS sunroom progress my husband has made and how following my own decorating heart saved the room!)
