Welcome back dear readers for another post in my Vintage Style Series! I am getting ready to make some vintage “updates” to our 1921 bathroom and I have been gathering some photos for ideas. It is easy to create a vintage bathroom with all the modern amenities simply by incorporating vintage furniture pieces and accessories. Today I am sharing some beautiful vintage bathroom inspiration that will make you want to go junkin’ for vintage items to use in your own bathroom.
Hello and welcome to the 24th All About Home Link Party! Can you believe this is our last party of January? It sure has been a crazy month weather wise for most of us. I have waited and waited on a big fluffy snow but alas it still hasn’t arrived. I finally got tired of seeing all the snowy decor and spent the weekend refreshing the house with a late winter and “pre-spring” vibe with a nod to Valentine’s Day too. It just feels so good to have a clean house with simpler decor in anticipation of spring! I am definitely in the mood for some new ideas so let’s get this party started!
Debra and I are so excited to be your hosts each week. After linking up here today, be sure to head over to Common Ground to say hello to Debra and to check out her party features too. She always has so many beautiful posts to inspire! Before we move on to the link up, here’s what we shared recently:
This summer our kitchen is getting a much needed makeover! There is still a lot of planning to do so I have been pinning away beautiful ideas like crazy. I shared some of my favorite Kitchen Inspiration from Pinterest for last week’s Pin Away Wednesdays post. First and foremost before starting any projects is a full house detox! I plan to get rid of tons of junk and really curb my tendency to “overthrift.” Sometimes I just want to call a junk removal company to haul it all off and be done with it! I am looking for ideas forclever storage solutions to add more storage without taking up floor space. Our basement still has room for improvement but it’s an untapped resource as far as space goes.
Our small family room is also going to get a makeover and right now I am liking the idea of a vintage boho farmhouse look similar to the room above. I am looking at ideas for ways tomake rooms multifunctional as well different ways to arrange furniture in order to get more use out of our limited space.
Debra shared some beautiful winter inspiraiton in her post, January Musings.
Now it’s time for some lovely features from last week’s party!
Thanks to everyone who linked up and/or visited last week!
