First and foremost, you need to create social media accounts if you haven’t already. If you search online you will find an overwhelming amount of information on how to rock social media and gain followers. 1. Have A Theme
First of all, you should come up with a theme that is representative of your niche or product. If you find that you’re putting out lots of random and sporadic content, it may not be engaging enough for your audience. Instead, try to concentrate on developing an attractive and unique visual theme. This will help you to create a brand online and it will let your audience know what to expect from you.
2. Create Engaging Content
It doesn’t matter if you have a million social media IG followers if they aren’t commenting and engaging! If you want to make sure that you’re able to really make improvements, you need to be engaging. Engaging means that you are actually interacting with your readers and followers. This means that you need to not only put out content that your audience is interested in, but also try to build up a relationship with your followers too. This can be very rewarding! I have made some true lifelong friends through my social media accounts.
3. Stay Consistent
Consistency is the key to keep followers engaged and following. Be sure that your content is consistent (particularly with your theme) and your posting schedule too. Don’t post five times one week and then once the next – it will confuse your audience and they may lose interest. Consistency is key!
