Beautiful January Inspiration at Thursday Favorite Things

Happy New Year, and welcome to Thursday Favorite Things 2022!  I hope you had a wonderful holiday season! I am thrilled to celebrate my fourth year co-hosting this fabulous weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers!

If you would like to make some new friends,  grow your blog audience, or just find some weekly inspiration, this is the place to be! *Bloggers: Please leave a comment with the number of your link up for a chance to be featured at next week’s party. The hosts are all looking forward to what you’ll share this week! (If you missed the last party and the AWESOME features, you’ll find it here.) To get the party started, here’s what I have been up to:

On Friday and Saturday we had a beautiful snowfall, followed by rain on Sunday which resulted in muddy snow and slush. This little primitive grungy snowman seemed like the perfect decor to transition my kitchen corner from Christmas to winter this weekend!

I spent most of the weekend taking down Christmas decorations and transitioning to winter, but I still have a bit to pack away before I share a winter tour. Here’s a throwback to my “Wintergreen” Home Tour from 2020 with some of my favorite cozy winter decorations.

Now it’s time for some beautiful features from last week’s party!

Thanks so much for featuring my new mantel Amber – what a lovely surprise! Your Wintergreen home tour was wonderful! Looks like our houses have similar architecture and I love the dark stain on your window moldings. Ours are painted white, and we’ve kicked around the idea of stripping and staining them. Now I have some inspiration as to what it would look like! 🙂 As always, thanks for hosting this great party! I’m at 136 & 138 this week. Happy Mid January!
