Hello and welcome to the 97th All About Home Link Party! Summer is here and it’s hot and humid…with rain, rain and more rain. I have been trying to get my gardening done in between the rain storms, while doing the house cleaning and detoxing our upcoming yard sale when it’s raining too hard to be outside. How is your summer weather so far?

I also am in the mood for some crafting, so I am looking forward to seeing what everyone shares tonight. I am sure I will find some projects to inspire! I am so glad you are here to party with us and I hope you will be inspired too!

Debra and I love getting together each week to host this fun party! I am happy that Debra will be briefly joining us this  evening to say “hello” as she is healing up from back surgery. She is still really having to take it easy, so let’s continue to be in prayer together for her speedy and full recovery! Before moving on with the party, here’s what we have been up to:

On Friday I shared Simple Summer Decorating with Fresh Flowers as part of the Blogger’s Best Home Tour hosted by Kelly at The Tattered Pew. I can’t stay out of the garden this time of year, so I just have to bring the outdoors in! Check out my post for easy summer decorating with flowers straight from your garden (or grocery store!)

If you are gardening by day and spending the evening relaxing, I encourage you to kick back with a cup of tea or your favorite summer drink and visit all gorgeous homes on the tour. The only problem I have is that I can’t relax when I see all of the amazing ideas! I want to get up and try some out!
