Crafty Ideas to Kick off Summer at Thursday Favorite Things

Creative Ideas and DIY's and Home Decor Ideas

Happy June and welcome to TFT! This is now my SEVENTH year co-hosting this fabulous weekly link party for bloggers and blog readers with Katherine of Katherine’s Corner and a fantastic group of bloggers!

If you are looking for inspiration and new friends, you have come to the right place. Be sure to check out all of the wonderful blog post via the link up below.

I just finished up my school year earlier this week and have taken a few days to unwind, especially after the excitment of sending our son off to Scotland to begin his culinary career. We are super excited for him, and I can honestly say that knowing we are going on our own dream Scottish vacation at the end of this month has eased the parental anxiety a bit as we will get to visit with him several times over the course of our two week stay.

I am busy packing and planning our itinerary which will includes some amazing castles and views, like the stunning Dunnottar Castle ruins in Stonehaven, Scotland near Aberdeen. I have waited since I was a teenager for this trip!!!!

You have a lot happening my friend. I’m so happy for your son, what a wonderful career he has chosen. I understand the anxiety and the joy. I’m happy for you as well as you and your hubby take your dream holiday. I’ve been hoping to visit Vermont in the autumn ever since my 21st birthday. I’ll be 65 this year and hubby is retiring next year, I pray I can retire too. (not sure if you saw my 10,000 post) Vermont is on the bucket list (smile emoji). Thank you for being such a wonderful hostess . Love K
